Casa Narciso is an historic building dating back to 1700 which for many years was the town's bakery, managed by our family. It has been completely renovated into four apartaments whith a modern and welcoming design, which keep the original structure including some old stones and exposed wooden beams.
The turistic facility is located inside the ancient walls of Lazise, one of the most beautiful towns on Garda lake. No cars are allowed in the pedestrian city center therefore it can be reached only on foot. Casa Narciso offer one car parking place included in each reservation/apartament. The parking is located in Via Pra del Principe inside a fenced area, 300 meters from the house, therefore you'll have to park first and then reach the apartament on foot, in 10 minutes walking.
APARTMENTS BETWEEN ANCIENT AND MODERN
Casa Narciso has 4 apartaments between 40 and 45m2, each reachable by an internal staircase and with an indipendent door accessible both via numerical code and QR code.
Each apartament has a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk as well as a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. THe living room is furnished with a kitchenette complete with induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, sink and everything needed for cooking, including a set with Nespresso coffee machine and kettle with related free supplies. There is also a round dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa doble bed that comfortably accomodate 2 adults (metress size 160x190).
Apartaments 1 and 2 are located on the first floor while 3 and 4 are on the second and last floor, which is an attic with original exposed wooden beams from 1700 century. The internal stairs are narrow and steep therefore they are not recommended for people with walking difficulties or strollers. Apartaments 2 and 4 enjoy partial lake view while all of them look out onto the characteristics Piazzetta Cordonega, with its nice restaurants and grocery.
Casa Narciso guests will find the bed/s already set up with sheets as well as a set of towels for each guest, all of them of hotel quality and sanificated by a professional laundry. A kettle as well as a Nespresso machine and its capsules with sugar and tea of various kinds will be at disposal. There will be also a supply of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, household paper, toilet paper, hand soap and shower gel.
A corner of tranquillity: some meters from the main square of the town, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, the ancient harbour and the lakefront. A few steps from the amaizing Garda Lake!
